My roof was leaking around the chimney. Having used The Fascia Company previously for fascia replacement I contacted them for an assessment and quote. Martin promptly did a drone survey showing degradation of the lead flashing, pointing and flaunching. This was all remedied yesterday at a very reasonable price. John who did the work was extremely polite and efficient and did an excellent job. He left the property in a very clean and tidy condition. I continue to highly recommend The Fascia Company and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

We needed to replace a large area of slate roofing and three valley gutters on a 200 year old cottage in a conservation area. We needed a competent and competitive contractor which could do this complex work quickly and accurately. Based on technical discussions with representatives, and then on price we chose The Fascia Company, and we are glad we made that choice. We had all our soffits & facias replaced by this company and the whole process from start to finish the work went very smoothly. The quote was fair and transparent, the team turned up at precisely the time they were supposed to and completed a full day’s work, there wasn't any early finishing times no matter what day of the week it was or how difficult the weather conditions were. I am absolutely thrilled with the re-roof I have recently had completed by the Facia Company. From start to finish it has been superb. Jack is very knowledgeable and provided a comprehensive quote for the work that needed to be completed. Martin was on hand to coordinate the scaffolding etc and oversaw the progress of the work. We recently used the Fascia Company before Christmas for a new dry ridge system, some new roof felt, roof clean and removal of concrete gutters and new fascia’s, soffits and gutters. The Fascia Company went above and beyond from start to finish, ensuring the work was completed to a high standard and also pushed our job forward when we started to get leaks from the old gutters. Jack is highly professional and Martin was an absolute star, providing updates and communication throughout the work which was very reassuring. The team that worked on our roof were all very polite and helpful throughout and left the area nice and tidy and even cleaned my neighbours gutters to ensure they weren’t affected by any moss falling from our roof from the roof clean. Mold inside a built in wardrobe against an outside wall. Based on reviews I contacted Fascia Co Midlands Ltd , not a cast iron guarantee. However from my first meeting to identify the problem through to the completion of the work I was impressed by the professional, conscientious, thorough way the work was carried out. I was shown drone footage before work was started , problem caused by rainwater gathering on a flat roof. Two days after the work was completed and considerable rainfall they returned to film again to show the water was now draining off the roof instead of slowly seeping in to the bedroom.

Awkward job excellently executed, completed quickly and they did what they said they would do. Highly recommend.

This Company came to my rescue in as much they assessed and prioritised my emergency. The workers were efficient polite and kept me updated on their progress. It’s difficult to see what is happening on your roof but they took photos and shared their progress with us.

The fitters took great care of our plants as they replaced our cladding. They made a great job of the cladding and took care to make sure it was all finished to a high standard.

From the beginning Martin was professional helping us to choose the colour and texture, talked through the process and kept us updated, the team who were allocated to us were exceptional Lee, Bill and a younger guy that unfortunately I cannot remember his name arrived on time and updated us of progress, the job included removing the old wooden cladding and full replacement. The work took 3 days with a final couple of hours of finishing, the final result is absolutely gorgeous, the colour is a perfect match for our oak windows. The little touches made all the difference, like putting up our house number, sealing in my leaky washing machine waste pipe after completion all left clean and tidy with all waste removed Would highly recommend Martin and the team at the Fascia Company
