FLAT ROOFING

We offer multiple flat roofing installation options from EPDM, fibreglass, resitrix, EPDM is our most popular material due to its use on garages and extensions.The benefits it provides and its cost-effectiveness over a long-term period make it a common choice for many property owners.

EPDM roofs have excellent resistance to UV, very flexible, and durable. The material will never bend or break even in the most severe weather conditions. Ageing chimneys and lead work are often the cause of leaks with roofs. We re-bed, re-point and re-flaunch all types of chimneys. If necessary we can remove the stack below the roofline or completely re build. As well as ensuring to keep them watertight by repairing or replacing the lead work.
