About The Fascia Company: How we started
Having worked in the roofing trade for many years, James took a leap of faith and in 1991 The Fascia Company's foundation was formed. With hard work, dedication and lots of customer recommendations along the way, the business has grown from strength to strength. We are now the largest UPVC and roofing contractor in the West Midlands, all starting from word of mouth. With the inclusion of the family, We now have multiple teams of friendly, exceptionally skilled fitters who love what they do on a daily basis, as well as a managing team and also a friendly office team who coordinate all of the works. The business has stayed in the family and in recent years was taken over by Jack, who works alongside the chief operations officer, Martin to oversee the day to day operations and all work from the teams, with help from the installation manager too. With such a personal approach we can always guarantee top workmanship and service.

The Fascia Company is a long-established Warwickshire family business built on workmanship, reputation and word of mouth. Since our founding, we’ve worked hard to build and maintain a leading name across Warwickshire, Solihull, Coventry and the surrounding areas, with a reputation built on quality installations rather than sales tactics. Building Control certification handled in-house
As Competent Person Scheme (CPS) members of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC), we’re authorised to self-certify qualifying roof replacement works in line with current Building Regulations. That means the full Building Control certification process is handled on your behalf from start to finish, giving you the reassurance that your installation is fully compliant and correctly certified.
Guarantees & Insurance Backed Guarantees for added protection
We provide a genuine 10-year guarantee on all new installations. In addition to our own company guarantee, every qualifying roof replacement also includes an Insurance Backed Guarantee for added peace of mind. This provides customers with an additional layer of long-term protection and reassurance when investing in a new roof. In the unlikely event that our company ceased trading, your guarantee remains protected by an independent insurance provider.
Google Guaranteed contractor
We have also been accepted into Google Guaranteed — a status awarded only after passing Google’s screening and verification process. This means Google has vetted our business, reviewed our credentials, and trusts us enough to stand behind our work financially. In their sole discretion, Google may reimburse customers up to the full amount paid for the initial service, giving added peace of mind when choosing us.
NFRC Competent Person Scheme approved
We’re proud to be approved members of the NFRC Competent Person Scheme — one of the UK’s leading roofing accreditation schemes. Approval is only awarded after rigorous vetting of workmanship, technical competence, business standards and compliance procedures, with ongoing assessments required to maintain membership.
No subcontractors
We do not use subcontractors. All works are carried out by our own in-house teams, allowing us to maintain control over workmanship, standards and accountability from start to finish. It also means every installation is completed to the standard we expect, by people who represent our company properly.
Direct communication throughout your project
From survey through to completion, you’ll have direct contact with our team and clear communication throughout the job with direct contact numbers and in person visits from management. We believe customers should always be able to speak to someone who knows exactly what is happening on their project, rather than being passed from person to person.
Dedicated project oversight
Once your job is booked, you’ll be given the operation manager’s direct contact number. Martin, is present throughout the installation, personally overseeing the works, coordinating materials, confirming dates and start times, and carrying out quality checks before final sign-off — giving you a clear point of contact and ensuring the job is managed properly from start to finish. Working alongside Martin in site management is our head of site logistics, Gary. Gary ensures every team has the materials, equipment and support they need at all times to keep your project running efficiently and on schedule.
A professional, fully managed service
We don’t just install roofs — we manage the process properly. From arranging surveys and providing written quotations through to organising certification and final sign-off, our aim is to deliver a smooth, well-managed installation with a standard of finish we’re proud to put our name to.
Scaffolding, skips & waste handled
If scaffolding or skips are required, we arrange the full process on your behalf — including delivery, erection, removal and waste disposal. We keep sites tidy throughout and remove all roofing waste on completion, so once your job is booked, there’s nothing else for you to organise.
Free drone roof survey with every booking
Every booked project includes a complimentary drone roof survey, giving you a clear record of your roof’s condition before work begins. It also allows us to highlight any areas of concern or defects elsewhere on the roof, so nothing is missed and you have added peace of mind for the future.
Written quotations within 48 hours
After your survey, we’ll send your full written quotation within 48 hours by both email and text message. If you’d like to make any changes, we can revise the quotation accordingly and provide clear lead times and an estimated schedule for the works.
