Replace your conservatory roof

A conservatory is often that one room in your house that isn’t being used to its full potential. Whether you’re battling unbearable heat in summer or freezing cold in winter, it’s not a space you want to be in very much. The Fascia Company can change all that by replacing one thing - your roof. A conservatory roof replacement is a game-changer - improving insulation and your home’s energy efficiency. Plus, we’ve got high-quality internal finishes, roof lights and velux windows options to improve the inside of your conservatory too. Tailored to your space and taste, our expert roofing specialists will make your conservatory more comfortable and usable.

Does your conservatory roof need replacing?

Generally a conservatory roof’s lifespan is around 10-15 years, but the condition of your roof can mean it needs replacing earlier. If you’re experiencing persistent leaks, excessive condensation, noticeable wear and tear or structural damage it’s time to consider a replacement.

Your roof could also be leading to high energy bills as you battle with the inside temperature. A new roof can make a difference to the temperature of your conservatory, no more plug-in heaters or fans needed.
